The NACUFS 2025 National Showcase will be held July 9-10, 2025, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in conjunction with the NACUFS 2025 National Conference on July 8-11, 2025, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Key Dates for 2025 Space Assignment Process
September 27, 2024 – Deadline for Industry Members to submit their 2025 Exhibit Space Application and Contract to NACUFS via Jotform in order to participate in the initial priority space assignment.
October 16-17, 2024 – Exhibitors select their space for 2025 according to their assigned time slot.
November 1, 2024 – Rental of remaining spaces commences. These spaces are rented on a first-come, first-served basis, and require a 100% deposit with exhibit space application. First-come, First-served 2025 Exhibit Space Application and Contract link will be sent out to all Industry Members via email and posted on the NACUFS website.
