Operator Roundtables

The National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) offers an Operator Roundtable alongside the Foodservice Directors Symposium each year.

The Operator Roundtable enables industry sponsors the opportunity to engage face-to-face with collegiate foodservice professionals attending the Foodservice Directors Symposium. Sponsors meet in one place, at one time, and without the travel and related costs to visiting each campus. Industry sponsors are able to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones, learn about current campus trends, and consult on critical business issues facing collegiate foodservice leaders.

Providing NACUFS Industry Members Exclusive Access to Campus Operators!


The Operator Roundtables offers your company access to up to 30 campus operators at NACUFS annual operator roundtables in San Antonio. This program opens with an evening reception, followed by a full day of roundtable discussion.


The roundtables provide industry members with a unique opportunity to engage face-to-face with up to 30 colleges and universities in one place at one time without the costs and time to travel to each campus. Building new or strengthening current business relationships, learning about current campus trends, and consulting on critical business issues facing collegiate foodservice leaders are strategic reasons to support and participate in this well attended NACUFS event.


The 2022 roundtable discussions will be held in one large meeting room with 15 tables, one table for each industry sponsor. To accommodate the increase in campus operator attendees (30), campus operators from different schools will be "paired up" and participate together in each of the 20-minute roundtable discussions.
