The Operator Roundtables (January 16-17) and Foodservice Directors Symposium (January 18-19) in New Orleans, Louisiana will allow senior-level operators to gather with collegiate foodservice peers and industry members to discuss emerging issues and solutions. Participants will gain insight to help meet operational performance goals, build and strengthen relationships, and participate in group facilitated discussions on various topics. A limited number of program grants, which cover the symposium registration fee and three nights in the hotel, are available to NACUFS member institutions. Grant applications are due Friday, November 10.
