Sustainability and Foodservice at University of Louisville
Welcome to the University of Louisville! Throughout this EduTour, we will see the in’s and out’s of Dining Services. We will start at the Ville Grill, UofL’s residential dining facility and discuss its operations. You will hear our Registered Dietitian and Executive Chef share how we safely serve our student population. Our Sustainability Coordinator will share how we positively impact people and planet.
You will see our Student Activity Center where UofL Dining operates numerous dining facilities.
Your day at UofL will finish with networking and lunch catered by Louis Events and Catering.
Note: Walking tour of campus. Please dress appropriately for the summer weather.
Tour cost: $80
Departs the KICC at 9am and returns approx. 1:30pm
