As the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic world continues to change how we approach nearly everything, the COVID-19: Assuring Customer Confidence – A Guide for Collegiate Dining is designed to be an up-to-date resource for collegiate dining services. In addition, the guide will also focus on information to consider communicating as well as communication strategies and best practices for communicating with your customers. Communication is a prime ingredient in gaining customer confidence, therefore being transparent and presenting the facts is one of the greatest ways to assure and motivate confidence in customers who are dining outside their homes.

If you are not a NACUFS member, follow these steps to access the COVID-19: Assuring Customer Confidence Guide.

  1. Click on Non-Member Login above. You will be taken to – our member gateway.
  2. You will need to register. Click on Sign In in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Under the Not Registered section, click on Register Now!
  4. Follow the prompts to create your user name and password.
  5. Once you have created your user name and password, sign in.
  6. Hover over Store located in the green navigation bar and select Publications
