As the Coronavirus Disease 2019
(COVID-19) environment continues to evolve, and as colleges and universities prepare for fall semester, the
National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS)
has published a second resource guide,
Moving Through & Beyond COVID-19 - A Guide for Collegiate Foodservice. This edition builds upon the resources and communication strategies provided in Assuring Customer Confidence - A Guide for Collegiate Foodservice, by focusing on business models and functional areas.
In the future, there will be less
talk about the effects of COVID and much more about how to renew your
organizations and achieve new goals. As a result, this second edition
will assist all college and university foodservice organizations in
moving forward. The digital guide will be continuously updated as resources are made available, and is available to all collegiate
foodservice professionals, regardless of NACUFS membership.
