The National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) offers an Operator Roundtable alongside the Foodservice Directors Symposium to provide industry members exclusive access to collegiate foodservice professionals.
The Operator Roundtables enables industry members to engage face-to-face with up to 30 campus operators, in one location, at one time, without the travel and related costs of visiting each campus individually. Industry members who register as a sponsor have the opportunity to learn about current campus trends, consult on critical business issues, and build upon or establish new relationships with collegiate foodservice professionals in this speed-dating meeting format.
This event offers an opportunity for networking and learning, focusing on relationship-building rather than a venue for product cooking demonstrations. It's a chance to connect with existing or potential customers and start cultivating relationships for potential collaboration. Therefore, we do not allow any activities involving cooking, reheating, or serving of products. However, you are welcome to showcase non-perishable, shelf-stable items on tables during these meetings, or even offer them as small gifts for attendees to take back to their campus.
