The National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) Operating Performance Benchmarking Survey enables you to effectively assess the performance of your dining operation over time and compare it to national benchmarks – helping you to identify your strengths and pinpoint opportunities for improved performance.

About the Survey
 

The confidential survey measures several areas of performance including revenue and expenses, productivity ratios, trend analysis, meal plan utilization rate, operator performance reports, and new this year, COVID-19 federal reimbursements. The survey is distributed electronically by Industry Insights, Inc., a professional research firm specializing in business studies for associations. The survey is tailored to your institution’s data and presented alongside the aggregated benchmarks of all participants. The Operating Performance Benchmarking Survey is exclusively available to NACUFS institutional members as part of your member benefits. Results of the Operational Performance Benchmarking Survey are only available to participating members, and there is no fee to participate. Registration for the survey opens every January.
