Join Mike Donnelly as he kicks off the NACUFS 2022 Continental/Pacific Regional Conference with Unlock Your Magic on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 9:15 a.m.

Mike is a recognized expert, keynote speaker, facilitator, and consultant in the principle of building successful corporate cultures that produce excellent customer experiences. For fifteen years, he gained practical customer-facing and leadership experience at The Walt Disney Company. Mike began his Disney career as a skipper on the world-famous Jungle Cruise in the Magic Kingdom at the Walt Disney World Resort before embarking on the Disney Management Development Program. There, he learned and put into practice the Disney approach to people management and quality service. Michael served in a variety of leadership roles at Walt Disney World, including food and beverage operations management, and the WDW Casting Center. In 1997, Mike founded Donnelly Effect, LLC. Through his experience creating and presenting behavior-based content, as well as facilitating business development programs, Mike uses his experience to help organizations build high performing service cultures.

Antonio is the author of Stop Living on Autopilot, host of The Best Thing podcast, and an internationally recognized leadership speaker. Antonio is the author of four books including, Stop Living on Autopilot: Take Responsibility for Your Life and Rediscover a Bolder, Happier You (Penguin Random House/Rodale Books). On his podcast The Best Thing, Antonio talks with leaders about the “best thing” to happen to them that would never appear on a resume. Antonio’s speaking audiences over the years have included Google,Amazon, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Booking.com, Credit Union National Association, Stanford University, and scores more. For over ten years, Antonio worked as a correspondent in New York City with top television networks including NBC, PBS, and BET networks. Antonio is a graduate of Western Michigan University and holds a Masters degree from Columbia University.
