The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Pastry Supervisor.

Responsibilities and duties of the Pastry Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for the production of high-end desserts for NC State Dining, including catering and special events.
  • Supervise temporary Bakery staff on a daily basis.
  • Efficiently produce standardized recipes and ensure temporary staff are doing the same.
  • Uphold and maintain high-quality standards of the finished product.
  • Use C-Bord Food Production Software to print recipes, print and create requisitions, check service menus, and print reports as needed.
