Don't miss the chance to explore behind-the-scenes within the dining operations at UB, part of the the State University of New York (SUNY) system. The pre-conference tour will take place ahead of the conference, touring select dining locations/operations on the UB North Campus. Tour buses will pick up attendees at the Buffalo Hyatt and transport them to campus and back.
