The NACUFS 2026 National Showcase will be held July 16-17, 2026, at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (NOENMCC) in conjunction with the NACUFS 2026 National Conference on July 15-18, 2026 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Deadline for Industry Members to submit their 2026 Exhibit Space Application and Contract to NACUFS via Jotform to participate in the initial priority space assignment.

First-Come First-Served Assignment - Rental of remaining spaces commences. These spaces are rented on a first-come, first-served basis, and require a 100% deposit with exhibit space application. First-come, First-served 2026 Exhibit Space Application and Contract link will be sent out to all Industry Members via email and posted on the NACUFS website.
The 2026 initial priority space assignment will take place on October 15-16, 2025. You must be a current member of NACUFS with priority points in order to participate in the initial priority space assignment process.

An invitation to participate was emailed on September 10, 2025, to all current NACUFS members with one or more Priority Points. The online NACUFS 2026 Exhibit Space Application and Contract must be completed and submitted electronically by September 30, 2025 in order to participate in the initial space assignment.
Instructions for the first-come, first-served assignment process will be sent at the beginning of November 2025 to all industry members who are unable to participate in the initial space assignment process.
The NACUFS Priority Point System provides a fair and transparent method for determining the order in which companies may select their exhibit space during the initial assignment for the National Showcase. Each company who joins NACUFS and participates in its events has a priority point total in the Association’s records. These priority points are cumulative for the most recent three-year period.
