NACUFS Engage brings campus dining professionals together for a focused, one-day regional experience designed to spark conversation, share practical ideas, and strengthen connections across the Pacific.

Located at the heart of the University of Washington campus, Oak Hall offers a historic and inspiring setting for a day of collaboration, conversation, and connection. As the university’s oldest building, Oak Hall blends classic architecture with a strong sense of place, reflecting the legacy and academic spirit of UW. Its central, walkable location invites attendees to engage with campus life while gathering in a space that encourages thoughtful dialogue, shared learning, and meaningful professional exchange throughout the day.

Registration includes access to all sessions, networking opportunities, and the culinary challenge experience.
Registration may be cancelled for a full refund less a $50 administration fee through March 10. After March 10, no refunds will be issued.

From interactive sessions to informal conversations over lunch and the Culinary Challenge, the day is designed to balance learning with connection—creating multiple touchpoints to engage with peers, speakers, and partners.

Parking

UW Transportation Services recommends that attendees park in Padelford Parking Lots N20 – N21 for visitors (located in Padelford Garage N16-N21 parking).
- Rate is $5/hour or $21/day
- Attendees parking on campus should stop at one of the UW Gatehouses to get a daily pass (and for general questions related to parking options). The closest one is North Gatehouse – NE 45th Street and Memorial Way
- Padelford Garage lot is about an eight (8)-minute walk, and there is an escalator and stairs on the lowest level of Padelford (hill could be a little steep, otherwise)
