The NACUFS 2027 National Showcase will be held July 8-9, 2027, at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland (HCC) in conjunction with the NACUFS 2027 National Conference on July 7-10, 2027 in Cleveland, Ohio.
Key Dates for 2027 Space Assignment Process:
August 2026 – Industry members notified of their priority points via email.
September 1, 2026 – Deadline for priority point disputes and requests for grouped booths.
September 10, 2026 – 2027 Exhibit Space Application and Contract and Floor Plan sent to all Industry members with priority points via email.
September 30, 2026 – Deadline to submit 2027 Exhibit Space Application and Contract.
October 14, 2026 – Initial Priority Assignment details sent via email to qualified applicants who submit by September 30.
October 21-22, 2026 – Initial Priority Space Assignment
November 3, 2026 – First-Come First-Served Assignment – Rental of remaining spaces commences. These spaces are rented on a first-come, first-served basis, and require a 100% deposit with exhibit space application. First-come, First-served 2027 Exhibit Space Application and Contract will be sent out to all Industry Members via email and posted on the NACUFS website.
Priority Points
The NACUFS Priority Point System provides a fair and transparent method for determining the order in which companies may select their exhibit space during the initial assignment for the National Showcase. Each company who joins NACUFS and participates in its events has a priority point total in the Association’s records. These priority points are cumulative for the most recent three-year period.
