NACUFS Announces New Board Chairperson, Chairperson-Elect, Treasurer & Trustees 
Peter Testory, University of Wisconsin-Madison, named 68th chairperson 

 

NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - Behind every successful campus dining program are leaders whose work helps students thrive and campuses flourish. Today, the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) announced the leaders who will help shape the association's work to elevate collegiate dining in the coming academic year. 

Peter Testory, director of dining and culinary services at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Housing, was installed as NACUFS' 68th chairperson during the association's annual General Membership Assembly at the 2026 National Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. Five trustees were also installed or received new appointments.

"Every day, our members work to strengthen campus communities and enrich the student experience through ingenuity, collaboration and an unwavering commitment to excellence. I look forward to working alongside the Board of Trustees to ensure NACUFS continues providing the connections, knowledge and support that empower our members and advance collegiate dining."

 

The following individuals were installed on the NACUFS Board of Trustees. 

Evan Olsen, 2026-2027 chairperson-elect  

Florida Institute of Technology 

Garett DiStefano, treasurer  

University of Massachusetts  Amherst 

Dustin Cutler, trustee 

Cornell University 

Paul Houle, trustee 

University of Colorado - Boulder 

Jeff Palmer, trustee 

University of California - San Diego

 

These trustees will join other current board members: Christopher Toote, University of Chicago; Douglas Frazier, George Washington University; Stacey Hepburn-James, Yale University; Elizabeth Reide, Appalachian State University; Jennifer Wood, Touchwork; and Robert Nelson, NACUFS president & chief executive officer. 

The NACUFS Board of Trustees is the volunteer-based governing board for the association and sets its strategic direction.
