2020 Chef Net is now sold out!
NACUFS invites all levels of your campus culinarians and nutritionists to register for the 2020 Chef Net conference, hosted by Oregon State University.
This year's conference will focus on the influence of international cuisines for all meal periods and infusing the trending veg-centric foods into your breakfast and dessert menus.
Hands-on kitchen sessions will allow each participant to cook delicious food, learn from each other, and develop collaborative working relationships, which is good for both staff and student success.
We will also build on your soft management skills by learning more about servant style leadership and how this style can translate into a campus kitchen.
Tuesday, February 25 – Thursday, February 27, 2020
Tour of Oregon State University campus will begin at 2pm. Please meet in the hotel lobby for transportation. The formal program begins at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The program ends at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.

Travel: If flying, Portland International Airport (PDX) is about 98 miles NE of Corvallis and Eugene Airport (EUG) is approximately 35 miles SE of Corvallis. Both airports are served by major airlines. You will need to rent a car, use UBER/Lyft, or secure other ground transportation between the airport and Corvallis. Shuttle service is available from Groome Transportation.
