Now Open to all Collegiate Foodservice Leaders from all Member Schools!

NACUFS invites a senior-level collegiate foodservice leader (e.g., Director, AVP, Contract Administrator) from up to 30 member schools to apply for a program grant to attend the Operator Roundtables (January 21 - 22) and Foodservice Directors Symposium that follows (January 23 - 24).

As in previous years, the operator roundtables will provide participants opportunities to engage with industry members committed to helping the collegiate foodservice segment meet their dining excellence and operational goals.

Following the roundtables, the 30 leaders will attend the Foodservice Directors Symposium. The symposium will include discussion around the future of dining services. As in previous years, participants will have input into discussion topics beforehand. Possible topics may include:

Grant applications are due by Monday, November 15, 2019. However, limited spaces are available for the event on a first come first serve basis.

What are the Program Costs?

Through the generous and continuing support for member learning from NACUFS industry members, each school selected will receive a program grant valued at $1,000. The program grant covers the symposium registration fees and hotel (3 nights).

Each individual is responsible for covering his/her own travel expenses, including ground transportation to and from the airport, as well as two lunches and one dinner during the program. The roundtable opening reception, all breakfasts, all breaks and a symposium closing dinner are included.

Symposium Only Registration

A limited number of individual registrations (with payment) are available to non-grant recipients, on a first-come, first-served basis.
