Registration

Learn about the college and university segment by attending conference learning sessions and networking events. A conference registration entitles you to attend these offerings, and meet and greet our college and university members. Conference registration no longer includes access to the showcase for industry members. Separate badges will be prepared for industry registrants and showcase exhibitors.

Sponsorship:

Build your brand and educate institutional members about your company and products through a conference sponsorship. Industry members may donate product as part of a sponsorship to have potential customers taste, see, and experience your current or new offerings. Product placement is available dependent on sponsorship level, review the guide for complete details. In-kind donations and program enhancements will no longer be accepted.

Showcase:

Participate in a showcase to introduce a new product, reacquaint customers with your existing products and services, and gain leads!  NACUFS members will receive priority access and have 60 days to purchase a booth prior to non-members (to the extent that space is available).

NACUFS board of trustees adopted a suitcasing and outboarding policy based on industry input, to prohibit people from walking the floor to solicit business and/or to conduct product presentations for companies that do not have a booth. Now, when you register for showcase, you will receive focused attention from our institutional members.

With each booth, you will receive up to five exhibitor badges. All booths will include pipe and drape, one 8’ table (clothed and skirted), two chairs, and one wastebasket. 

A pre-conference attendee list will be available to exhibitors but must be requested from the association office. A post-conference attendee list will automatically be sent to all exhibitors and sponsors in PDF format.

NACUFS will be utilizing GES for all services at the convention center. A dedicated web portal is now available to exhibitors with complete information and helpful links.

NACUFS is also working with a customs broker firm, ConsultExpo who will be able to answer all of your import/export questions. If you have products that will be crossing the border, please contact them now to find out what you need to do.
