As students continue returning to campuses across the country, quarantine and isolation meals remain hot topics. Meeting special dietary needs and allergy requirements can be a challenge while serving in these new circumstances. Join NACUFS for a Virtual Town Hall to discuss, and learn more about the following:
- What technology is used to serve students with allergies and special dietary needs in isolation and quarantine housing?
- How are dietitians involved in this process?
- How do you maintain an inclusive menu for those with special dietary needs in quarantine and isolation housing?
- Do you have a process to welcome students and collect information such as their allergens?
