It is a pleasure to invite you to participate in the NACUFS Mid-Atlantic Conference vendor showcase. This year’s conference theme is “Addressing Your Future” and will be held March 8–11, 2015 at the Wyndham Hotel, Gettysburg Pennsylvania, near the campus of Gettysburg College.
The Mid-Atlantic region is made up of over 75 member institutions and we are expecting over 150 attendees for the conference. The conference showcase will be held in Hauser Field House at Gettysburg College on Monday March 9th, 2015. This location will provide a great opportunity for your organization to showcase its products and services and to build invaluable business and professional relationships with a vast array of university food service professionals.
The field house at Gettysburg College will accommodate 150 vendor booths which measure 8’ x 10’ and includes an 8’ draped table, two chairs, a waste basket, one 110 electric outlet, and an ID sign. NACUFS industry members will receive priority booking through January 15, 2015, at which time non-members will become eligible for enrollment. Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The booth rental fee is $960 for NACUFS industry members and $1,060 for non-members. A 20’ x 8’ foot booth can be rented for $1,800. Included in the booth price is one free registration for the entire conference for one participant. Please make checks payable to “NACUFS Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference.”
Payment must accompany the booth space application to secure your reservation. Please mail your application to the address listed below. Once your check is received, we will mail you the conference showcase package.
