NACUFS 2010 Culinary Challenge 
     Entry Forms

 

The NACUFS Culinary Challenge starts by college and university chefs competing at the regional level.  The first place winner from each region then competes in the national competition, to be held live on July 8, 2010 at the national conference in San Jose, CA.

The mandatory ingredient for the 2010 Culinary Challenge is: 4.5” – 5” Portobello Mushrooms.  Click here for the complete contest rules.
