Welcome to Union Street Market, the newest addition to the Department of Dining Services at the University of Connecticut. The Market, as students call it, encompasses five self-branded concepts: Tostada Fresh Mexican Grille, Fireside Rotisserie, The Good Earth, Pompeii Oven, Union Street Café and Market Express.
