SHOWCASE IS SOLD OUT!
2008 Showcase
- We’re expecting 225-250 attendees
- Booths will be assigned after payment is received
- Exhibitor preference for a specific location will be taken into consideration on a first come first served basis until sold out. Final booth assignment is at the sole discretion of the showcase chair.
- Showcase event time is 11:30 pm to 2:30 pm Thurs. March 13 2008
- Move-in for exhibitors will be Wed. March 12 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm and Thurs March 13 from 8:00am to 11:00 am
- Break down must be done after 2:00 pm and finished before 4:30 pm
- A booth is comprised of :
- 10’ x 10’ booth
- Pipe and drape
- Skirted and draped 8’table
- Two chairs
- Small waste basket
- 110 v power supplied
* Any additional power or equipment requirements must be requested on entry application
- Payment for booth registration must be received by Jan. 13 2008. All applications not accompanied by payment will not be considered valid.
Showcase chair reserves right to make necessary changes to floor plan as situations arise. - Exhibitors wishing to cancel and not participate at showcase must do so in writing to showcase chair by Jan. 13 2008 to receive a full refund
No open flame at showcase. Kitchen facilities and food runners will be available for exhibitors. - Refrigeration will be available from 8:00am to 2:30 pm the day of the showcase. Please have any materials clearly marked with company name, booth #, and refrigeration requirements, and notify chair of any storage needs.
- Exhibitors will be encouraged to donate any leftover products to local food pantries. A vehicle will be available for collection.

- We will locate exhibitors away from competitors when possible.
