SUNY Cortland just completed a renovation of a dining location in Brockway Hall. The dining location has been named “Hilltop”, which was selected based on a campus wide survey.

Hilltop features:

Grill station:	Hand pressed burgers, kebabs, and other traditional favorites.
Pizza station:	Millennium 2000 pizza oven which cooks raw pizza to finish in 90 seconds. All pizzas are made personal size and to order. Plus, tradition Italian favorites such as pasta dishes and calzones!
Deli:	Hot panini sandwiches and specialty sandwiches as well as a full sandwich bar.
Sushi bar:	AFC Sushi Company.
Action cooking station:	Features a rotating menu cycle including Asian, Mexican and Italian specialties.
Serve yourself bar:	Rotating make your own bar features a rotating menu and features such items as potato bars, taco bars, pasta bars
