Conference set for 2007 FoodService Director magazine has set the dates and location for its fifth annual MenuDirections Conference, the non-commercial foodservice market's premier event for foodservice operators and menu planners in all segments. MenuDirections will be held in Phoenix at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel from Sunday, March 25 to Tuesday, March 27, 2007. It's the only conference focusing exclusively on menu development in colleges, healthcare, schools and corporate dining. The recurring theme of the conference, which has a registration fee of $249, is "The Ingredients for a Profitable Menu."
